If, for whatever the reason, you are not pleased with your Otter Bay Company purchase, we will refund your order 100%, no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our goal and if we fall short of your expectations then we hold ourselves accountable, not you. So long as you let us know within two weeks of your purchase that you would like a refund or exchange, your request will be processed immediately. To receive an exchange or refund you must send the product back to us at our returns address provided above via The US Postal Service only.
